This room category is the latest aded here at the resort.
It comprises of 4 buildings around the new wing pool. All the rooms do not have pool view , some have garden view and some have balconies facing other balconies.
The size of the rooms are 30 sqm and they are 200-250m from the beach front but closer to the pool.

EXTRA PERSONS : Extra kids/adults are charged above the base double occupancy rate ( kids 6-12 years rs 1000 and kids 13 years and above/adults rs 2000 per night ) This needs to be informed at the time of booking and is only allowed in the deluxe main , new wing or annexe. We cannot fit extra kid/people in the standard or deluxe small rooms or cottages.
VIEW : Kindly note that although we are a beach front property , most of our rooms have garden view . We have a lot of trees and greenery which adds to the peaceful ambience here at Chalston. The standard deluxe cottages and deluxe (new wing and small and main ) rooms are all 150-250m from the beach front and the deluxe annexe rooms are 350-400m from the beach front . Our restaurants has an amazing full view of the sea , and open for breakfast , lunch and dinner . Before making the pre-payment , please note that we cannot promise rooms next to eachother , what view or which floor .
BALANCE PAYMENT : Must be settled on arrival. This is standard practice .
CANCELLATION POLICY : If the booking becomes cancelled , we do not refund the amount regardless of the circumstances / reasons for cancellation. If the cancellation comes to us before 14 days of arrival we can change the dates of the booking ( upon availability of course )
IDS : Please note that all guests , including Indian nationals need to carry a valid ID. This is a government requirement and we cannot check in anyone without a valid government approved ID.
TIMINGS : The reception is open 24x7 The restaurant is open from 7.30 am to 10.30 am last order ( same with room service )

Breakfast buffet : 7.30 am to 10.30 am sharp. ( inclusions : 2 Indian veg options that rotates between poha/upma and puri bhaji/pao bhaj/idli sambhar , baked beans , fried item , cold cuts , fruits , vegetables , bread , cereals , tea, coffee , juice , biscuits and pastry. You can also order a complimentary choice of eggs , aloo paratha and pancakes)
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME : The check in time is 2 pm and the check out time is 11 am sharp.
Early check in before 6 am is considered a full days charge.
Between 6 am and 11 am , we charge 50 per cent of the room charge.
All arrivals between 11 am and 2 pm would be offered free only upon availability.
Late check out from 11 am and 4 pm would be charge 50 per cent of the room rate and 4 pm onwards would be considered a whole extra night and charged accordingly.
Please note that this is strictly upon availability and needs to be confirmed beforehand with the reception staff.
ROOM CLEANING : Between 9 am and 5 pm , kindly leave the key in the reception and we will get your room cleaned.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINKS : We do not allow Swiggy/Zomato on the hotel premises , there are several restaurants close by if you wish to dine out. We do allow alcohol from out but ONLY in your rooms , not in the public area of the hotel.
